Refund Policy

Business Name: Frequency Digital Media, LLC

Last Updated: March 1, 2026

Frequency Digital Media, LLC values clarity and fairness. This Refund Policy explains how refunds may be handled for purchases made through our website and its related pages, storefronts, and checkout experiences (collectively, the “Site”).

Important Note

The explanations and information provided in this Refund Policy are general and intended to describe our standard practices. This policy is not legal advice and should not be treated as a recommendation for what any other business should do. If you have questions about your rights or obligations, we recommend seeking legal counsel.

1) Digital Products (Downloads, PDFs, Templates, Toolkits)

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated on the product page at the time of purchase or required by law.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • PDFs, eBooks, guides, checklists, templates

  • toolkits and digital downloads

  • printable resources

  • digital bundles

  • any instant-access content

Exceptions (When We May Offer a Refund)

We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase (duplicate transaction)

  • You did not receive access due to a confirmed technical issue that we cannot resolve

  • The file is materially defective or corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement

Note: We do not issue refunds due to changes of mind, accidental purchases, lack of use, or dissatisfaction resulting from personal expectations.

2) Services (If Applicable)

If Frequency Digital Media, LLC offers services (such as consulting, publishing support, web/content work, or podcast production), refund terms may vary depending on scope and timing.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • Deposits and retainers may be non-refundable

  • Work completed and time already allocated is non-refundable

  • If a project is canceled after work begins, you may be responsible for work performed up to the cancellation date

Any service-specific refund terms will be stated in the proposal, invoice, or contract and will control over this general policy.

3) Subscriptions / Membership Access (If Applicable)

If we offer subscription-based access or memberships:

  • You may cancel at any time (subject to the platform’s cancellation process)

  • Payments already processed are typically non-refundable, unless required by law or otherwise stated in the membership terms

4) How to Request Help

If you believe you qualify for an exception listed above, contact us at:
Email: info@frequencydm.com

Include:

  • Your name and order number (or purchase email)

  • Date of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Screenshots (if relevant)

We will review requests within a reasonable timeframe and respond with next steps.

5) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in loss of access to purchased products and/or future purchasing restrictions.

6) Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
