Long before podcasts became mainstream, I co-hosted and helped build one of the early platforms for spiritual talk radio, creating space for conversations people were hungry for but hesitant to have out loud.

Today, I continue that work in a quieter, more intentional way through guest interviews, audio storytelling, and future podcast projects that explore the questions many of us face when life changes and the path forward isn't always clear.

Whether through long-form conversations or short-form reflections, my focus remains the same: helping people find connection, direction, and meaning during life's most important transitions.
