About Me

Transition

My entry into media didn’t begin as a career plan. It began as curiosity—and a willingness to talk about things most people avoided in public spaces.

I was drawn to exploring spiritual ideas that, at the time, lived firmly on the margins. Long before these conversations became more common, I co-hosted and helped build what became one of the early platforms for spiritual talk radio. We weren’t trying to convince or convert—we were creating room for conversations people were hungry for but hesitant to have out loud. For many years, that work was energizing and deeply meaningful. Helping bring once-fringe topics into open dialogue remains something I’m genuinely proud of.

Eventually, though, the work asked more than it gave back. As the platform grew, so did the complexity of the community around it. Expectations blurred. Boundaries were tested. What began as service slowly revealed hard truths about entitlement, projection, and the ways people can confuse access with relationship. When we stepped out of hosting and focused on building space for others to carry the work forward, I knew it was time for me to become quiet and integrate what I had learned.

That season coincided with my deepest commitment to my family. I turned my focus inward—toward raising my sons, protecting our home life, and helping where I could without compromising the foundation we were building. Those years were grounding, humbling, and formative. They clarified what healthy community actually requires, and what it cannot survive without.

Motherhood has been the most demanding and meaningful work of my life. Watching my children grow, struggle, and eventually launch reshaped my understanding of success, presence, and resilience. When my youngest graduated and left to tour with Drum Corps International just weeks after my mother passed away—and my oldest was traveling for work most of the year—I found myself standing in a quiet house with a full heart and no distractions left. That season of grief and transition became another teacher.

I poured myself into what I knew: listening, synthesizing, and supporting others through transition. I drew from everything I had learned—both formally and through lived experience.

My background includes a four-year certificate in Theology from Education for Ministry (EfM), along with training as a soul coach, past-life regressionist, Certified Online Business Manager, and ordination as a minister. These paths didn’t give me answers; they gave me frameworks for listening, discernment, and responsibility—tools I now use with care rather than certainty.

Today, I work quietly and intentionally. I write books, scripts, and narrative content. I produce podcasts and audio projects. I lend my voice where steadiness and presence matter. I build Frequency Digital Media not as a platform for performance, but as a place for reflection, connection, and thoughtful creation.

Everything I do now is shaped by what I’ve learned about boundaries, reciprocity, and the importance of tending what truly matters. I’m not interested in leading movements or defining paths for others. I focus on creating work that helps people remember their own agency, reconnect with what feels true to them, and relate to one another with more authentic presence—without pressure, performance, or pretense.
